HISTORIC DISTRICT RENOVATION

When my client purchased this 100 year old, two-story home, it started out as a patchwork of intensely painted rooms: Safety orange, Teal Blue, Chocolate Brown and was in desperate need of renovation.

Their dream was to live in a luxurious home! Two requirements, Navy Blue Master Bedroom and Lavender French Living Room. The home was completely renovated; EVERTHING in EVERY ROOM! All new lighting fixtures and new lighting layout, addition of exquisite custom crystal pieces; new Faux fireplace in Master Bedroom, new custom designed rugs. Every room in this house was designed with new furnishings including custom designed pieces. These busy clients received Concierge Service throughout the entire process. Selecting all fine art, accessories and purchasing china, crystal, sterling from the turn of the century! We moved them into their new home and surprised them with a key to their new home!!

This project was submitted to England’s Andrew Martin International Interior Design Competition. I was selected as 1 of 100 Best International Interior Designers for 2017. Celebration was held at The Academy of Fine Arts, Mayfair, London, England.
